Returns & Exchanges
To exchange the size or colour of a product please call Melko on (03) 9534 7542 to ensure your replacement request is available. Then send the product in its original packaging to Melko Group. Goods must be returned within 1 week of delivery date unworn and unwashed.
Usually No refunds will be given unless in case of faulty goods. No exchange or refund is available on items that are discounted.
In the circumstance that the item you have requested is no longer available, you will be contacted and offered other products or a credit to make purchases with in the future.
In said that we are very keen to satisfy you and make sure you will return , so if you are uneasy about any situation please contact us on email@example.com and we will endeavour to help the best way we can*.
* All decisions as to the acceptance of returns and exchanges are at Melko's full discretion.
In the event that goods are faulty or different to those you ordered for any reason please contact Melko on (03) 9534 7542.
Once you are given a return number, please send to Melko Group along with an explanation of what is wrong with the goods. Include your name, address, a contact phone number and any comments you may have.
