Afterpay takes care of the rest. We will remind you when payments are due and will process your payments automatically. Next time you use Afterpay, we’ll have all your details saved and ready to go!
Please allow your Afterpay purchase to process completely before exiting or clicking off the screen, as this may cause your order to not generate in our system.
What if I can’t pay an installment?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.
If I don’t have a credit or debit card can I still use Afterpay?
Regrettably not. Afterpay requires a Credit or Debit card in your name to be supplied in order to use their services.
What if my Afterpay order does not arrive?
Simply contact Melko’s Customer Care team and we will assist you in locating the parcel.
Can I get a credit not with Afterpay purchased item?
It depends. Afterpay works as a Layby online and in our stores Layby is usually not refundable. We will analise each situation on a case-by-case basis. For more on Melko exchanges police please click here.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Is Afterpay a credit card?
No. Afterpay is simply a service that will charge an existing credit or debit card for the 4 installments of your order.
What if I have a problem with my Afterpay payments or account?
You will need to contact Afterpay directly in relation to any issues regarding your purchase, however please rest assured that Melko will assist you in anyway possible to get any potential issues sorted.
