Who are we?
Welcome to Melko! We are a design-focused company that is dedicated to bringing the unique, innovative and fun fashion from South America to Australian clients. Established in 2004, Melko now has three boutique stores around Melbourne in Fitzroy, the CBD and Richmond as well as an online store. Have a look around our website or come and say hola at one of our stores!
Are the products really from Brazil/South America?
Absolutely! We provide a platform for the best and most creative designers from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru to showcase their creations. We sell products that are produced by brands that we believe in! We are invested in helping these innovative designers from South America become recognised in Australia.
How long can I keep items in my shopping cart?
As long as you like! We understand that it takes time to decide whether or not you’re going to invest in an item.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my Melko order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal on our online store and in all of our boutique stores. We use eWay and National Australian Bank (NAB) to process all of our orders so your details are always safe with us!
How safe is my personal information?
Any personal information provided in store or online is 100% safe and secure. Our customers’ safety and privacy is our top priority, and we make sure that your personal information will never be sold or shared with anyone else. What if I want to send a gift?
If you wish to send an item that you order as a gift simply write ‘special gift’ in the comments below your order and we will gift-wrap it free of charge! Don’t worry about prices either, as we will make sure the price is not written anywhere on the item. We can also send gift cards and virtual gift cards!
How does Melko ship products?
We ship all of our orders using couriers and Australian Post Express or TNT Express. Everything is shipped directly from the Melko office in Melbourne.
What is Melko’s shipping costs?
For shipping within Australia the cost is $9.95.
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $29.95.
What is Melko return policy?
We are able to exchange anything if it is not suitable, but we typically don’t allow refunds. You can find out more information on our Return Policy page.
How Can I book a personal Styling appointment?
